The role

Where you will have an impact:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our training programs, materials, and delivery methods.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Conduct regular assessments of operating standards across teams and individuals to ensure they meet quality standards and objectives
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify areas for improvement in training content, delivery and operating standards
  • Monitor and analyze training metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes for training programs and operating standards
  • In conjunction with Team Leads, assist with staff professional development and course completion
  • Interact with cross functional stakeholders to understand training requirements for future business needs e.g. growth of commercial operations

Challenges you will own

  • Standardize training delivery methods across different teams to ensure uniformity and consistency
  • Develop strategies to increase engagement and retention rates in training programs
  • Create training materials that cater to different learning styles and levels of experience
  • Implement robust metrics and feedback mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement
  • Optimize the use of training resources, including time, budget, and personnel, to maximize impact and efficiency
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to training programs and ensure all training activities adhere to these standards
  • Develop scalable training solutions to support the rapid growth and expansion of commercial operations

About you

In order to set you up for success as a QA Coordinator at Wayve, we’re looking for the following skills and experience.

Essential:

  • Natural ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to improve training outcomes
  • Proficient in conveying complex information in an accessible manner to diverse audiences
  • Creative thinker capable of developing innovative training methods and materials
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously

Desirable:

  • Prior experience in the field of training and development, bringing a practical understanding of best practices
  • Exposure to a variety of training formats and methods
  • Awareness of the latest industry trends and standards in training and quality assurance
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to training programs
  • Experience in guiding and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning
