VulcanForms is seeking a Director of Marketing for our Devens, MA location.

Job Purpose

As the Manager of Marketing and Communications at VulcanForms Inc., Devens, MA, you will be responsible for leading and implementing the marketing and communications strategy for VulcanForms entire portfolio of services. You will partner with executive leadership and drive campaigns to further establish VulcanForms as a leader in additive manufacturing.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the creative process and strategy for marketing campaigns, brand building, and communication
• Develop and execute marketing strategy for demand generation, branding, content delivery, and segmentation
• Maintain a deep understanding of our mission, our values, our customers, and our story
• Lead corporate-wide communication strategy both for external and internal purposes
• Utilize multi-channel communication strategies for our customers and employees
• Proactively understand market research and insights to further develop marketing position
• Collaborate with executives across sales, product, and other departments to align marketing efforts with company objectives
• Present insights, forecasting, and ROI to executives
• Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing and communications experience
• Proven experience driving multi-channel marketing strategies through email, SEO, social, and paid channels
• Proven experience developing and implementing a brand strategy, including the development of media content, web assets, and video
• Extensive marketing performance management experience
• Proven experience designing new marketing strategies for B2B audiences
• Proven experience with internal and external corporate communications strategy
• Strong understanding of marketing in a high-growth manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with content creation for customers and prospective partners
• Ability to leverage marketing analytics and insights
• Ability to analyze overall performance of marketing strategies and adjust as needed, including experience with A/B testing
• Ability to build out an organization as the business continues to ramp up
• Capable of leading core communications strategy for both external and internal purposes
• Manage company website and other media-related content (including developing new social media presence
