VulcanForms is hiring a Mechanical Engineering Co-op for our Machine Systems Team at our Devens, MA headquarters and production facility.
Job Purpose
As a Mechanical Engineering Co-op, you will work with the engineering team as they design and build cutting edge additive manufacturing technology.
Key Accountabilities
- Design, build, and test prototype machine systems, working with senior engineering guidance
- Analyze machine performance in order to develop and implement solutions to industrial scale metal 3d printer systems
- Support the engineering organization through various parts of technical development
Qualifications
- Hands-on design experience
- Ability to work with multiple different teams in a cross-collaborative environment
Additional information
- This is a paid co-op/internship opportunity starting in January 2025 and will last for 2-5 months
