Voxel is actively seeking an SVP of Sales with a passion for technology to lead and manage our commercial functions. As the pivotal driving force behind revenue growth, this role is integral to advancing our mission of enhancing workplace safety through AI innovations. The ideal candidate possesses a strategic mindset, a strong track record of driving aggressive revenue growth, and an analytical approach that capitalizes on data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead Voxel's revenue objectives, spanning sales, customer engagement, and strategic partnerships.
  • Cultivate an impactful outbound culture, instilling a sense of achievement across the organization.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower the Go-To-Market (GTM) team fostering a culture of technological excellence
  • Initiate and oversee strategic initiatives designed to amplify GTM execution, driving consistent and sustainable growth.
  • Develop and articulate revenue-focused strategies and plans that align with Voxel's overarching technological goals.
  • Provide adept leadership across functions, fostering synergy and shared commitment to revenue targets.
  • Act as a prominent representative of Voxel in industry events, including speaking engagements, sponsorships, and active participation.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in GTM roles within technology-driven industries, with a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven success in scaling Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth, particularly at early stage startups.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategize, expand pipeline generation, and oversee sales in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Proficiency in leveraging product insights, market data, and feedback to devise sophisticated GTM strategies rooted in AI and technology.
  • A customer-centric philosophy that consistently surpasses revenue expectations.
  • A data-driven mindset, coupled with exceptional leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in direct sales, customer success, and partnership functions, with a strong emphasis on technology-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in navigating complex customer engagements, delivering unparalleled technological value, and nurturing employee development.
  • Expertise in annual budget management with a track record of delivering outstanding performance metrics.
