The Strategic Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the execution of key strategic initiatives and optimizing operational processes to drive the company's growth and market readiness. This role works closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals and fosters continuous improvement across the organization.

This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA, Austin, TX, Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute key strategic initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives, including geographic expansion and operational optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that span multiple business areas, ensuring alignment and delivering impactful results.
  • Optimize key operational processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance.
  • Contribute to high-priority projects to prepare the company for future growth phases and market readiness.
  • Assist in the ERP project, ensuring effective implementation and system integration.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to support business growth and market expansion.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • MBA is a plus but not required.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or a related role.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on execution.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
