We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IP Operations Manager (within the Product Group) to join our team, focused on managing Compute IP products with background in Arm, RISC-V, x86, AI accelerator, subsystem IPs, or GPU IPs. As a Product Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the operations strategy for our IP products. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Technical Program Management, Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, Legal, Finance and Sales, to ensure the delivery of world-class Accelerated Compute IP solutions that meet customer requirements and drive business growth.

This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA, Austin, TX, Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive operations strategy for Accelerated Compute IP products.
  • Engage closely with product management, program management and other stakeholders to ensure successful product development (from initial concept to EOL).
  • Contribute to defining the product metrics and consistently tracking them for the IP business unit to achieve company goals and maximize ROI.
  • Track and report progress, issues and risks to stakeholders on regular cadence.
  • Identify dependencies, risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Develop procedure and process for the operations management and execution of multiple programs.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in operations or program management roles, specifically with IP products and architectures such as Arm, RISC-V, x86, AI accelerator, subsystem or GPU IPs and relevant AI technologies used in Inference and Training applications.
  • Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, Compute and Accelerator IP market dynamics, and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing complex IP products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Extensive working knowledge of program management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Confluence, etc.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
