Tenstorrent is looking for an experienced HR Generalist looking to grow into an HR Business Partner to play a key role in our Serbia and European region. You will be overseeing daily employee inquiries and driving strategic HR initiatives.

This role is on-site, based out of Belgrade, Serbia.

Responsibilities:

Employee Support:

  • Answer HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate on and offboarding activities, state de/registration, managing employee files and ensuring a smooth transition throughout the employee lifecycle

Business Partner:

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business units in Serbia/Europe region, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

HRIS & Data Management:

  • Initiate and process HRIS transactions, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in providing HR metrics and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.

Special Projects & Initiatives:

  • Support local Recruitment initiatives and activities as needed.
  • Identify opportunities and drive/support improvement in core HR processes across the employee experience in Europe and globally.

Other duties assigned from time to time

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Approximately 5 years of proven experience supporting employees and managers in a similar HR capacity, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Good understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Serbia, other European countries would be an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and lead HR initiatives in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft and Google business tools.
  • Desire and motivated to grow HR skill set and work towards becoming an HR Business Partner
  • Relevant HR certifications are a plus.
