We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Bangalore. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations and implementing HR strategies to support the business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are aligned with the company's goals and values
  • Partner with the leaders and the Recruiting team on the recruitment process, including defining needs, interviewing, creating and extending offers, and onboarding of new employees
  • Manage payroll process through external partners or internal systems. Ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Manage employee benefits programs with external partners. Evaluate and propose additional benefits when needed to remain competitive in the market.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR issues
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and employee files
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management role
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
  • Experience managing and implementing internal HR compliance protocols and systems
  • Experience in managing payroll, benefits, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software applications
