Simbe Robotics is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Robot Operations Associate to ensure the optimal performance of our robots. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the performance of robots deployed in retail environments, ensuring we meet our internal KPIs and external SLAs.
- Exercise extreme ownership in technical issue resolution. When needed, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, support, and customer success, to address and resolve operational issues.
- Execute against Simbe’s internal workflows and reporting systems to track robot performance metrics and customer feedback.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in robot operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and coordinate with the engineering team for timely resolutions.
- Maintain clear documentation of operational processes and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams.
- Familiarity with robotics, data analysis, or the retail industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
