The Job
Through our precision neurology platform, Rune Labs partners with the leaders in
developing and delivering novel therapies to people with Parkinson’s disease. Our
Senior Alliance Manager will be tasked with ensuring flawless execution of our life
sciences customer engagements throughout the project life cycle. In this role, you will
leverage exceptional project management skills and client-facing experience to drive
success across a range of engagement types. Be a part of the team that helps bring

neurodegenerative diseases.

Core Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership Management: Collaborate closely with life sciences partners to understand their research goals, strategy, and key considerations. Build strong relationships with partners.
  • Project Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams composed of internal and external stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor joint projects. Ensure that project milestones are met, deliverables are of high quality, and timelines are adhered to. Become an expert in our product and refine the model to ensure we are successful.
  • Relationship Growth: Work proactively with life sciences customers to identify and execute new opportunities for growth based on evolving business needs and product development.
  • Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each partnership. Regularly assess and communicate the progress of partnerships internally and to partners.
  • Voice of the Customer: Work alongside business development to ensure the voice of the customer is front and center in all discussions surrounding internal research and product development. Surface insights surrounding customer needs.

Minimum Requirements
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in working with pharma customers in client-facing role, preferably in management consulting or health tech.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading and executing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Flexibility for occasional travel as needed.

Practical Stuff
  • You must reside and be authorized to work in either the U.S. or Canada.
  • We are a fully remote team within the US and Canada. We ask everyone to be available in general for collective team meeting hours from 10-2 Pacific (1-5 Eastern) daily.

Compensation

  • Salary ranges displayed reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training.
    • For a US-based employee, $120,000 - $140,000 (USD] + performance bonus + equity
    • For a Canada-based employee, $116,000 - $130,000 (CAD) + performance bonus + equity
