About the Job:

Peak Energy is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Cell Validation Engineer support all cell test and validation efforts. The Senior Cell Validation Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our energy storage cells through comprehensive validation processes and will work with Cell engineering, R&D, and ESS Engineering teams to develop, execute, and report out on cell level electrochemical and safety testing.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute cell validation plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and product specifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in cell validation within the energy storage or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of battery technologies, cell chemistries, and related testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in using testing equipment and software for data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to energy storage systems.
