About Mytra

We’re creating an entirely new way to solve the most ubiquitous problem in industry - moving and storing material. We’re applying robotics and distributed software to create a new class of product for this $1T market. We’re focused on the supply chain industry first. The industry is in a massive bind with the continued growth of e-commerce, sharp rise in costs, and supply chain disruptions. What has been a “sleepy” industry for decades is now at the epicenter of sustaining the global economy.

About The Role

Mytra’s robotics team is looking for an experienced senior firmware engineer to develop and scale firmware for our distributed robotic fleet. In this role you will work across many functional hardware and software teams to develop critical control and safety functionality. Our team is focused on development of functional, reliable and performant robotics software. You’ll contribute to the long term success of Mytra’s robotics software by leading the development of real-time functionality within the bot.

  • Develop automated tests to ensure high-quality software releases and accurate functionality
  • Work closely with the mechanical design and control teams to specify hardware actuation and sensing requirements
  • Lead and develop firmware rollout and deployment (ex: over-the-air deployment) for robotics software and firmware
  • Rapidly build and maintain embedded firmware for electronic sensor equipment
  • Deliver high-quality code in a real-time embedded environment
  • Design, implement, test and document firmware

Qualifications
