About the role

  • The Client Success Associate is responsible for strategically partnering with clients to ensure their business objectives are met. This includes partnering with clients and internal teams to understand and anticipate client needs and developing solutions to meet those needs. They must understand the full scope of Jitsu’s business model and operational structure and leverage this knowledge to assist their clients. You will be the trusted adviser, advocate, and primary point of contact throughout the client journey, from onboarding and implementation to ongoing success and growth with Jitsu.

What you'll do

  • Client Management – Build and manage the client relationship
  • Build a strong rapport with client management and the broader client team
  • Introduce and resolve solutions and initiatives that drive success for the client as well as Jitsu
  • Set clear expectations with clients and deliver accordingly
  • Work collaboratively across all Jitsu departments and operational leadership to execute and improve the business
  • Oversee client projects through closure and ensure the client receives appropriate communication
  • Resolve client issues quickly and effectively with clear communication throughout
  • Hold weekly meetings with the client teams and utilize a client issue/project tracker to clearly demonstrate progress
  • Be aware at all times of client performance and operating characteristics
  • Onboard new clients, working directly across all Jitsu departments
  • Work closely with clients to drive adoption of our platform’s dashboard, ensuring they fully understand and leverage our capabilities.
  • Assist with client reporting needs and provide additional data as requested by internal teammates
  • Continuous upsell in volume in existing delivery areas as well as new delivery areas
  • Be a client advocate within Jitsu, acting as an escalation point for the client
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews
  • Be a trusted adviser to our clients

Qualifications

  • 3+ years relevant professional experience
  • Proven track record of building client relationships and driving new business
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Passion regarding client services
  • Detail oriented with the ability to gather and organize data
  • Enthusiastic and self motivated
  • Ability to work in a team environment that requires flexibility
  • Persistent and results oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
