About the Role
We’re looking for a temporary Operations Recruiter (up to 6 months) to support high-priority hiring across our Operations Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from intake to offer, for roles that are central to how we deliver value to our customers. You’ll partner closely with Operations leadership and the People team to identify top talent, screen candidates, and create a smooth, high-touch candidate experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for operations roles, including Warehouse Operations Managers, Transportation Specialists, and other critical hires
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and recruiting strategies
- Source, engage, and screen high-quality candidates across multiple channels
- Coordinate and facilitate structured interview processes, including scheduling, hosting debriefs, and ensuring alignment on candidate evaluations
- Maintain detailed candidate tracking and documentation in our ATS
- Collaborate with the broader HR team on offer creation, approvals, and onboarding transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally including operations or high-volume roles (Bonus if experience is in recruiting in logistics, or field operations environments)
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort navigating multiple platforms to find passive talent
- Experience using modern ATS tools and systems (bonus if you’ve worked in Rippling ATS)
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Highly organized, metrics-minded, and obsessed with delivering a great candidate experience
- Familiarity with structured interview frameworks and DEI-focused recruiting practices
