General Job Description Summary:
The Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for initiating engagement and fueling the sales cycle for our last mile delivery solutions. The SDR will interface with potential Clients’ key stakeholders across the supply chain including Chief Operating Officer, VP of Operations, VP of Logistics, VP of Ecommerce, Director of Supply Chain, etc. In this position, you will work hand-in-hand with a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to develop customized outbound strategies through account based marketing (ABM) motions. This is predominantly an outbound sales role which converts opportunities to AE’s for qualification and further sales motions.
The ideal candidate has experience in the last mile parcel delivery industry. This could be working for a regional or national carrier or working for a technology company.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prospecting into a named account sales territory.
- Develops and maintains relationships at the “C” and “VP” levels of the defined target named accounts
- Develops compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis
- Sells Jitsu services to attain annual SQL quota
- Coordinates with a Senior Enterprise Account Executive on prospective account strategies and customized outbound motions
- Provide accurate and timely sales updates to Salesforce
- Leverages other revenue tech solutions such as Outreach/Kaia, Clay, SendSpark, etc.
Position Requirements:
- Demonstrated sales track record with large retailers, pure play online retailers, branded manufacturers (2-5 years of experience and above) is preferred.
- Experience with using Salesforce to log and track the selling process
- Ability to rapidly assimilate and then clearly articulate value propositions
- Ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively bringing in the right resources to bear at the right stage in the selling process
- Experience and success in selling solutions with lead times of 3-6 months and the average deal size $1MM+ for individual transactions
- Proven new business development skills and sales quota attainment track record
- Mentality of a creative self-starter; ability to work independently and find a way into the prospect; in charge of his/her destiny with minimal support until the prospect is qualified
- Must have strong skills in the following: communication, presentation skills, negotiation, organizational and attention to detail
- Proficient networker. Ability to develop and leverage relationships with senior industry leaders and key influencers
- An accomplished track record of selling multi-level to business, technical, operations, IT people, and C-level Directors
- Bachelor’s degree or related area is required

Travel:
Very limited travel is required and will be mostly centered around in-person team events (“offsites”). This role is hybrid and will require attendance onsite 2-3 times a week in our Bellevue office.
