General Job Description Summary
As the Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a key role in aligning and optimizing the end-to-end revenue generation process across Marketing, Sales, and Client Success. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Client Success, you will ensure seamless collaboration between these teams by driving process improvements, managing and optimizing the revenue technology stack, and providing actionable insights through data analytics. This role is critical to scaling Jitsu’s revenue operations, equipping teams with the tools, processes, and knowledge needed to execute efficiently and deliver exceptional results.
You will oversee RevOps strategy while also equipping the teams with the tools, knowledge, and training they need to perform effectively and grow the business. As a trusted partner to the VP of Sales, you will work closely to execute the go-to-market strategy and accelerate growth.
Primary Responsibilities
Revenue Operations Strategy & Alignment:
- Design and implement a cohesive RevOps strategy to drive alignment and collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Client Success.
- Partner with the VP of Sales to ensure alignment on revenue goals, forecasting, and go-to-market strategies.
- Build and maintain scalable processes that improve efficiency across the revenue organization.
Process Optimization:
- Continuously evaluate and refine sales and marketing processes to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
- Develop frameworks for tracking and improving customer lifecycle management, from lead generation to deal closure and retention.
Data and Analytics:
- Provide insights and analysis on pipeline health, forecasting, and revenue metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Create dashboards and reports for leadership to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across revenue functions.
Technology Management:
- Oversee the revenue technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of tools like CRM, marketing automation platforms, and customer success software.
- Partner with IT and other stakeholders to evaluate new technologies that enhance team productivity.
Sales Enablement:
- Develop and manage a repository of enablement materials, including playbooks, case studies, competitive intelligence, and training resources.
- Collaborate with product marketing to create content that equips sales teams to address customer pain points effectively.
- Lead the onboarding and ongoing training of sales and revenue teams, ensuring proficiency in tools, processes, and strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as the central point of coordination between Marketing, Sales, and Client Success to streamline workflows and improve handoffs.
- Collaborate with Finance and leadership on budgeting and resource allocation for revenue initiatives.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role within a high-growth organization.
- Proven track record of implementing and scaling RevOps strategies and technologies, ideally within SaaS or logistics industries.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and customer success platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights to improve performance.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Experience in sales enablement, including content creation, training, and process documentation.
- Strong project management skills, with a results-driven approach to executing complex initiatives.
