General Job Description Summary:
Jitsu, a leading regional logistics provider, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Sales Enablement & Internal Communications Lead. This role will primarily focus on developing impactful sales content and collateral that empower our Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s), Enterprise Account Executives (EAE’s), and Client Success Managers (CSM’s) to engage effectively with clients and prospective clients while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. This individual will promote the Jitsu brand through tradeshows, custom micro-events, webinars, podcasts, and other external forums. This candidate will balance, in partnership with leadership, FTE’s and external partners to meet the needs of the role/department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, internal communications and a deep understanding of the logistics industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Create and curate high-quality sales enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers / brochures, case studies, onboarding guides, and digital content that clearly articulate our value proposition.
- Brand Maintenance: Ensure all sales materials are consistent with brand guidelines and reflect the company’s values, voice, and visual identity.
- Internal Communications: Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across all levels of the organization.
- Events: Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy that aligns with organizational goals, ensuring impactful engagement and measurable results.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop targeted sales enablement content and strategies tailored to specific accounts, enhancing engagement and driving revenue from key clients.
- Sales Training Resources: Develop training materials that support the onboarding and continuous learning of the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the latest information and tools.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather insights and ensure alignment in messaging and branding across all sales materials.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track KPIs to assess the effectiveness/ROI of sales content, events, and make data-driven improvements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, translating insights into relevant sales materials.
- Digital Asset Management: Organize and maintain a centralized repository for all sales collateral, ensuring easy access and version control for the sales team.
- Feedback Loop: Implement a system for gathering feedback from the sales team on content effectiveness, using insights to enhance future materials.
Position Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or content creation. Logistics or supply chain industry experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to create compelling sales content that drives engagement and supports sales goals.
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing and sales strategies focused on upper enterprise prospects, ideally in the logistics sector.
- Experience with internal communications and strategy
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems, design tools, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with executives inside and outside the organization.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
