We are looking for a candidate with the ability to thrive in an environment with complex software and hardware designs, take ownership and be responsible for testing the performance and functionality of a novel ophthalmic robotic platform.

This is a temporary position for at least six months, with the option of permanent employment afterward.

Responsibilities

• Executing R&D and V&V testing of ForSight products.
• Generate test reports and documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams (product, regulatory, system engineers, mechanical, and SW).
• Participate in the integration and assembly of R&D and V&V systems.
• Undertaking relevant integration and de-bug activities.
• Test, verify, document, and assemble core products and test fixtures/Jigs.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant engineering fields.
• Previous experience as a student in a Verification & Validation or System Engineering role.
• Great research orientation – systematic & organized.
• Results-oriented, hands-on approach.
• Good communication & presentation skills.
