About Your Role

We are looking for an experienced B2C Marketing Manager to bring Forge’s services direct-to-homeowner by building effective marketing and lead generation campaigns. Our ideal candidate is still a 'doer' but is ready to build their own team as Forge grows. This person will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, as well as re-engaging and nurturing our customer database. They will work closely with cross functional partners in Strategy, Operations, and Service Line teams to track, analyze, and report on the company's performance across all platforms.

The ideal candidate is a B2C marketing expert who has managed multi-channel, integrated campaigns to drive lead acquisition and engagement across the entire funnel. They need to be hands-on, self-accountable, and ready to jump-in quickly. They will collaborate with senior executives and be responsible for developing and executing tactics to deliver against growth goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and execution of our B2C marketing strategy for our Windows service line;
  • Work with the manager and leadership team to establish KPIs, budgets, and target audiences;
  • Manage and execute day-to-day campaign deliverables around paid advertising, retargeting, email outreach and report on post campaign results;
  • Improve effectiveness of outbound campaigns by utilizing A/B testing, enhancing prospect lists, adjusting messaging, and implementing triggered automation;
  • Manage the acquisition, organization, and build of contact data/lists in alignment with homeowner focused campaigns;
  • Help improve the quality of data we collect to better target / retarget prospects;
  • Measure, track, and report performance across campaigns and content, communicating key takeaways to drive improvement of future performance;
  • Create repeatable processes, templates, and best practices for integrated campaign development and management;
  • Partner cross functionally to drive the creation and execution of promotional content across multiple formats including email, video, social, Forge website, etc;
  • Initiate the set up and management of marketing tools and processes to support the growth of our direct-to-homeowner business model;
  • Track the market for trends, opportunities, competitive tactics, tools/platforms, etc.. and use that information to drive growth;
  • Assist with the support and promotion of events, organization participation, and related thought-leadership initiatives;
  • Maintain cross functional feedback loop;
  • Support other areas of our marketing efforts as the business needs and strategy require.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to be hands on and self accountable;
  • Growth and start-up minded, or previous experience helping scale an early stage company;
  • 4-6 years of marketing experience in a B2C / lead acquisition / demand generation role;
  • Experience executing organic and paid campaigns via LinkedIn, Google, Facebook;
  • Knowledge of programmatic job advertising / campaign management;
  • Highly skilled in user segmentation, drip campaigns and email automation;
  • Proficient in Google Analytics;
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success;
