Lead Carpenter - Window and Door Installer

Forge is looking for an experienced carpenter to join our replacement window and door installation team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Carpentry labor to install replacement windows and doors;
• Supervise a small crew of junior carpenters;
• Collaborate with our Project Coordinators and Field Supervisors to successfully plan for and complete jobs as scoped;
• Maintain a clean, safe and professional job-site;

Your Qualifications

• 10+ years experience with frame to finish carpentry. Experience with installing windows, doors and using a metal brake for bending metal coil is a plus;
• You must be a person with a strong work ethic, high level of integrity and an eagerness to teach;
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and tools;
• Available to work full-time with flexibility to work after hours if needed;
• Authorized to work in the U.S.;
• Able to speak and communicate fluently in English;

• Hourly rate based on experience and skill. Starting at $50/hr for qualified candidates.
