Responsibilities:

• Characterization battery cells and materials
• Help develop test processes, procedures, and provide training to appropriate staff
• Own JIRA tickets for efficient handling of internal customer requests
• Unfailingly adherence to defined work instructions
• Work with facilities, equipment, and quality teams on regular calibration and preventative maintenance of equipment
• Proactively identify issues before they get into production or to the customer.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience will be accepted.
• Experience with test and measurement equipment.
• Candidate must have the ability to make repeatable measurements and accurately report data.
• Experience with quality inspection in manufacturing, cosmetic criteria, and defect detection.
• Able to quickly learn new methods and tasks
• Able to deliver high quality work utilizing a wide variety of processes
• Track record of error free execution in fast paced development environment
• Must show high degree of initiative in identifying and resolving issues
• Detail oriented, organized, diligent, and responsible
• Very proactive, self-motivated, and independent
