Responsibilities

Total Rewards

  • Manage benefits and non-executive compensation programs globally
  • Manage compensation structures including salary and equity ranges, bonus/incentive plans, employee recognition programs and other non-executive compensation plans

and ensure that the programs are fair, equitable and competitive and that they align with corporate strategy and business goals

  • Develop and manage compensation analysis tools
  • Responsible for planning, implementation, and effective execution of annual performance and compensation review process
  • Understand competitive compensation trends and best practices. Responsible for survey inputs into a global rewards benchmarking platform
  • Plan and coordinate the implementation and administration of all benefit plans including annual open enrollment. Ensure the most efficient use of resources
  • Manage relationships with brokers, vendors, and other external partners
  • Drive communication strategies and activities designed to educate and inform employees about total rewards
  • Own total rewards analytics, present data, findings, and recommendations to executive team

HR Systems

  • Business Owner of Workday modules including Advanced Compensation, Benefits (US only), Absence, Talent Management. Ensure streamlined process, customer satisfaction and provide training
  • Employee Goals System and Process – business owner of a home-grown tool, responsible for goals process and analytics

Special Projects

  • Responsible for HR infrastructure setup for new entities globally
  • Drives special projects as needed

Overall

  • Recommend, document and drive process and system improvements
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including Finance, Payroll, other HR Centers of

Excellence (COEs), and vendors

  • Be a credible partner who effectively outlines issues, gains buy-in and executes solutions
  • Navigate between being a functional leader and an individual contributor depending on the needs of the organization
  • Reinforce the Enovix Mission, Vision and Core Value throughout the company

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Math, Computer

Science, or other related field

  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with 7+ years in Total Rewards

(compensation, Benefits) In Global Organizations

  • General expertise in the HR body of knowledge
  • Advanced user of HR systems. Workday experience incl. implementation is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365 tools like: Excel, Power BI, Get and Transform / Power Query, Lists and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of country specific regulatory and legislative landscape that impacts total

rewards programs

  • Experience managing total rewards for global employers
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and qualitative skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, good business judgment and strong customer focus
  • Great communicator and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with lots of infrastructure to build and processes to create and streamline
  • Solid strategic planning and operational implementation skills
