  • We are looking for an HR Leader who is passionate about utilizing and improving HR systems and processes, while providing excellent service to our employees. This is a hands-on manager role, and you will be responsible for driving all activities to deliver a comprehensive people strategy inclusive of HR operations, employee relations, benefits, talent attraction and retention programs across Enovix in the region. You will be part of a small global HR leadership team to define and build infrastructure to support our rapid growth.
  • This role will report to VP, HR with an opportunity to lead a small team of HR analysts in the future. This person will be based in our Hyderabad office.
Responsibilities
  • Drive Human Resources agenda for the region from talent attraction to compensation and benefits, learning & development to talent management
  • In collaboration with the senior stakeholders formulate and implement a talent acquisition strategy
  • Responsible for effective execution of annual compensation review process for employees in the region
  • Plan and coordinate the implementation and administration of all benefit plans. Ensure the most efficient use of resources
  • Manage relationships with vendors, and other external partners
  • Drive communication strategies and activities designed to educate and inform employees about HR initiatives
  • Recommend and drive process and system improvements
  • Own employee retention, present data, findings, and recommendations to executive team
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including Finance, Payroll, corporate HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), Legal, and vendors
  • Be a credible partner who effectively outlines issues, gains buy-in and executes solutions
  • Navigate between being a regional leader and an individual contributor depending on the needs of the organization
  • Reinforce the Enovix Mission, Vision and Core Values throughout the company
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related field
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with 8+ years of people management experience
  • Strong expertise in the HR body of knowledge. Extended (5+ years) Talent Acquisition experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of country specific regulatory and legislative landscape
  • Experience leading HR serving R&D teams in global organizations
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and qualitative skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, good business judgment and strong customer focus
  • Great communicator and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with lots of infrastructure to build and processes to create and streamline
  • Solid strategic planning and operational implementation skills
  • Growth mindset – willing to fearlessly tackle new tasks and responsibilities
