Job Summary

• As a Sr. International Accounting Manager, you will be an important contributor for the financial operations of our rapidly growing company. You will be managing all aspects of international accounting operations. Must be a self-starter and work with limited direction while demonstrating ownership of areas of responsibility and driving solutions and alternatives in a dynamic environment. The position requires strong financial, accounting and management skills and the ability to understand the big picture while being detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial statement consolidation process, including but not limited to eliminations, foreign currency remeasurement and translation
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of general ledger activities specifically as it pertains to the consolidation process
• Review financial reporting packages prepared by local entity accountants
• Review, prepare, and ensure that intercompany invoicing and related accounting is completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Intercompany reconciliations – tie out receivable and payable accounts between companies as well as reconcile inter-company loan activity and interest each month
• Account reconciliation – review account reconciliations prepared by local international accounting firms and propose adjustments if required
• Prepare consolidation for multiple international entities plus domestic entity, including review of subsidiary financials and supporting details, preparation of intercompany entries and intercompany funding
• Maintain daily Fx rates for each local entity
• Coordinate and Review transfer pricing and compute transfer pricing adjustments
• Actively participate in month end close by managing individual deadlines and deliverables
• Review and approve vendor invoices
• Play a leading role in enhancing enterprise resource planning system implementation and other strategic initiatives
• Implement best practices and ensure compliance with US GAAP, and policies and procedures
• Ensure key internal controls over financial reporting are designed and operating in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley rules and regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 3 – 5+ years of international accounting experience
• Technology industry experience preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in US GAAP and IFRS
• Experience with various ERP systems
• Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills
• Impeccable analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Team builder, and good written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
