About the Role

We’re seeking a talented and motivated individual to define, design, and integrate key software components within our embedded stack. You’ll take pride in developing high-quality, scalable, robust, and testable code. As a collaborative team player, you’ll support colleagues when needed and take the lead when opportunities arise. This role requires a deep understanding of embedded software systems, strong programming fundamentals, and the ability to address complex software challenges across multiple domains.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree with 5+ years of embedded software development experience.
  • Proficiency in C and C++ in multithreaded, multiprocessing environments.
  • Strong foundation in software best practices: OOP, abstraction layers, and modular design.
  • Ability to define and document requirements, create test plans, write unit and regression tests.
  • Familiar with Bash, Make, Python and other Scripting Languages.

Preferred

  • Development with Git, Continuous Integration (Jenkins) and Agile development processes.
  • Golang experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of the Linux kernel, device drivers or uBoot.
  • Experience with device protocols such as I2C, SPI, JTAG, and PCIe.
  • Prior experience working on safety critical applications.
