ABOUT THE ROLE
As HR & Office coordinator you will be working with the local Mexico leadership team on different HR processes, supporting all employees located in our Guadalajara office for any employment and office related needs . You will report to the local HR Business Partner, and work as part of a global team, to continue developing Bright Machines talent and culture.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Support local management team and employees on full employment lifecycle including, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, employee experience and training
  • Create and drive employee experience and culture initiatives
  • Be an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
  • Take key part in all HR process including payroll, benefits, procedures, payment and overall employment lifecycle, working with different suppliers and internal stakeholders on establishing processes and maintain the existing ones.
  • Support office needs, including working with local vendors, ordering equipment and supplies

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE

  • 2+ years of broad experience as HR Generalist/HR Coordinator in a global technical organization
  • Ability to build trust and partner with managers and employees at all levels
  • Good Understanding of local regulations, employment related laws, benefits, and payroll
  • Positive attitude with flexibility to handle ambiguity and change
  • Strong communicator (oral and written) both in English & Spanish
  • Thorough, attentive to detail, analytical
  • Able to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and tact
  • Works well independently, can handle a dynamic fast paced, changing environment
  • Can do approach, and willingness to wear multiple hats at any given time.
