ABOUT THE ROLE
Our ideal candidate has a passion for people experience working in a dynamic, startup environment, has strong attention to detail, and has a passion for creating a great culture and excellent employee experience within the company.
In this role, you will be focused on designing and improving the employee experience aligned with our company culture, leading global and local projects, and implementing new ideas that achieve our people programs and culture. As part of this role, you will be part of the HR team, supporting HR initiatives, and working with our recruitment team to manage the hiring process, scheduling of interviews and providing the best candidate experience. You will also support the local office needs, ordering supplies, working with local vendors, preparing for new employees, and working with the local employees to support them as an office professional providing best-in-class service.
