About The Position

As a Program Coordinator, you will support the Leadership Team under the direct management of the Vice President, Company Operations/Chief of Staff. You will require a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work alongside the leadership team (Co-Founders, CEO, CTO, COO, CFO, etc.) to provide essential operational and administrative support, helping to keep daily functions running smoothly. You will be a highly organized professional based in the NYC-Metro area.

A Day In Your Life

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Vice President, Company Operations/Chief of Staff, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and drafting communications.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the Chief of Staff.
  • Schedule, organize, and coordinate logistics for leadership and board meetings, off-sites, and other executive-level events, including booking venues, conference rooms, coordinating travel arrangements, accommodations, dining reservations, and A/V setup.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials and agendas, to ensure all participants are well-informed and equipped for leadership and board meetings.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as a true cross-functional partner, collaborating closely with Finance, People, Operations, and other key teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives across the company.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or support role, ideally with experience supporting executive-level staff.
  • Previous experience in a support role, providing operational or strategic support to leadership. Preferably as a consultant, business analyst from a management consulting firm
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support interactions across various teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a focus on deadlines and priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to pivot as priorities change.
  • Experience with project management tools and communication platforms (e.g., Slack). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

The pay range for this position in New York City is $65,000 to $85,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
