About The Position
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers responsible for our web and mobile application portfolios, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company’s vision, customer needs, and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring new features and products to market with a seamless user experience.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to guide product development and prioritization.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business goals.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring our solutions continuously evolve to meet the changing landscape of machine health monitoring.
- Oversee product lifecycle management from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are maintained.
- Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making, ensuring product decisions align with insights gleaned from analytics and user research.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a product management leadership role, with a track record of managing successful product teams.
- Deep understanding of the product development process, including market research, competitive analysis, planning, and execution.
- Experience with AI technologies and their application in industrial settings is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving shared goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for presenting complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mind, capable of making data-driven decisions and identifying innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
